A man knows the secrets of living a long, healthy life, and everything has to do with an activity

A man who is 92 years old is not only competing in his chosen activity, he is teaching others the secrets of how to live a long, healthy and fulfilling life.

Ivan Pedley, a retirement creator, Luan Ping-Pong twice a week and said he did not plan to stop soon.

The grandfather of three took the sport’s sport when he was 14, reported the news agency.

Now, 78 years later, he is still playing.

Pensioner plays approximately 14 games a week at the big tablecloth club Wyrley Table in Staffordshire, West Midlands, England.

He often goes against opponents who are much younger, Snns said.

And while he may have slowed down a little over time, Pedley said he rarely falls from the table and that success in the sport has to do with “technique”.

He said that regular ping-pong playing helps him stay capable and healthy and that continuing to play it well in his old years is the best thing he has ever done.

“I like every minute of her,” said Pedley, who lives in Walsall, West Midlands.

“Thing is the best thing I have ever done. I know no one older than 92 playing. “

He said that while others who play can be “faster” than him, “is everything in the technique.”

There are “many people in their 60s” playing, he said, “But I also play young people. I try to play everyone in the club.”

“I will continue for as long as I can, as long as my health stands. Sitting in the back of anyone does not help anyone.”

He said he first found his passion for Ping-Pong while he was young and left him to go for a time when he was in his 20s.

But once he arrived in the 1960s, he rediscovered his love for the sport after a chance game with a friend while on vacation, he said.

He then began playing regularly again, while also continuing to stay involved in Bowling, Note and Judo.

He is a brown belt.

Pedley said he believes he is best taken into the ping-pong because of the standard of skills in those he is playing against these days.

He added, jokingly, “I let these [them] Sometimes win, anyway, because I don’t want to discourage them. “

Pedley goes to the club on Tuesday and Friday, he said, spending up to three hours every time.

“I don’t want to sit here and do nothing,” he said.
