Jane Seymour has some sleeve tricks when it comes to maintaining its sights while balancing a healthy lifestyle.
Seymour, 74, listed some health tips that have helped him stay youth – and they do not include a strict diet.
“People ask me if I have a deceitful day with my diet, and I answer that I’m never on a diet, just make good choices and stay with them,” Seymour told the Daily Mail.
“If you think you’re on a diet, you will lose track, you will cheat,” she argued. “But if you find healthy foods you really love, that make you feel good, you never feel shortened.”

“I start the day with coffee and boiled eggs for protein, and it is not until later, around lunch, that I have a full meal, because then I can really enjoy it.”
As for her dining preferences, Seymour stressed that she loves the “Mediterranean eating way”.
“It works so well, and tastes good. It includes a lot of delicious food such as tomatoes, olives and fish. “
The former model showed that she grows a lot of her vegetables, as snacks in cucumbers and celery with hummus all day.
“I want nuts,” she added. “I’m a nice person. I like salt.”
Meanwhile, her fitness routine consists of lifting light weights and involving Pilates on her day.
“You have to keep moving!” Said Seymour.

Seymour opened the show in a mini -shoulder dress with a spatula with a floral design, which he paired with beige pumps, with his toes.
Although not a professional model, the actress has never been afraid to give up what she has.
After posting for the first time for the Playboy Pictors in 1973 and 1987, she became the oldest model of the magazine in 67 in 2018.
“I feel much sexier now than I did when I was younger,” he told Seymour Playboy at the time. “Then I was like, ‘oh gosh, I’m meant to be sexy. What is it?!'”
She added, “There’s a great freedom to live as long as I have. As my dad used to say, I’m comfortable on my skin. I’m not trying to try anything to anyone. When you are more re, everything is about ‘see me’.
